At Global Chamber of Business Leaders, we are proud to announce Robert W. Cats newly appointed Delegate for Qatar.​

This position is a recognizition of yearsof (international) entrepreneurship, management and leadership indifferent industries and sectors.

Robert is an international Business Ambassador, Consultant and Business Transformation Coach.  Robert and his company,

WMMC Consultancy help existing and new businesseses to improve operational and financial performances.

​

Robert has worked for more than 24 years across the EMEA region and the last 7,5 years he is active in the MENA region,

currently holding  offices in The Netherlands and in Qatar. Robert’s expertise and experiences come from both the Corporate and 

SME   environment in different industries and sectors.

​

Most recently Robert has led transformation projects in the Integrated Facility & Project Management sector in Qatar

and he was involved in (Renewable-) Energy research and feasibility projects as well as Event Managemeng projects.

​

His varied international industrial working background as well as the multi-cultural

environment he worked in gave Robert a great advantage when dealing with complex situations.

 

As Business Leader and  Business Ambassador, Robert inspires people with his positive and open-minded approach. 

​

Robert acts as International Business Ambassador for international operating companies in the Events industry, Sports,

Healthcare, Manpower Supply and Renewable Energy sectors. 'Building bridges'  through Networking is Robert's prime activity.

He brings  companies together and support from the feasibility stage all the way towards office establishment and business development.

​

Robert is former Chairman and still an active member of the Dutch Business Council in Qatar (DBCQ). He also is

member of the Advisory Board of Clean Energy for Africa (CE4A), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE),

and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

​

Last but not least Robert is the founder of Care for Qatar, a philanthropicinitiative 'in formation'

which has the objective to contribute to a sustainable healthier lifestyle.
